Lets dig out our manual that came with the dryer, it was made to help you  repair a dryer. It has pictures to follow along with and  parts lists. Cannot find your manual, you should be able to google it and or have the manufacturer send you a new one.  Make sure you have checked to make sure that it is not a power supply issue instead of a dryer problem. Once you have checked both the power outlet on the wall and the power switch on the machine it is time to unplug the dryer from the wall. This is a major safety issue that should never be ignored.



Now lets open the manual and begin to back track through possible reasons for the need of dryer repair. Such things to look at are the door switch ( if the door will not close properly then it will not run) the timer, the heating elements and then finally look at the drum and roller setup. With the heating element, if the lint filter is not properly cleaned out each time the dryer is used then it can build up in the element and cause it to burn out. After you have made the discovery of what the issue is, you can then get a list of the necessary parts to fix it. If it turns out that a major problem exists or the problem is one that you cannot fix yourself then it will be time to seek out a professional who can then help you with the repair. A dryer is a necessity for every home owner, best to take care of it as soon as possible.
