Here is a basic list--This is only an Estimate

Painting- Can be "Bid" out or basic painting, $40.00 an hour. Basic painting may be putting a fresh coat over an excisiting color where there is no wear and tear such as the kitchen or bathroom. If you need major patching, priming etc this will take longer and need to be bid out .

Hot Water Heater Install; Remove old add new most common size 40 Gallon-$150.00

Faucet Replacement for Kitchen Or Bath 1-1/2 hours

Hang Heavy or Valuable Art Work; Misc hardware and screws, plus labor 1 hour. $50.00

Light Fixture Replacement; If the Homeowner has the light fixture and we encounter no issues, $50.00

Track Lighting; This will vary based on many factors. 1-1/2 hours. Misc electrical supplies..

Lockset replacement door, New lockset and hinges, Primer and paint, Trim, Misc: nails, screws.

Ceiling Fan Install; 1 Hour plus misc supplies.

Lockset Replacement; Most homes today have standard fixtures manufactured by the top 4 lock makers. These are highly standardized and easily swapped out by an experienced handyman. 1 hour

Hook Up Washer and Dryer; 1-2 Hour Labor, Dryer Vent Pipe $10.00

Install A Window Air Conditioner; 1-2 Hours, misc supplies.

Build Garage Shelving; Labor 3-4 hours, materials, 2x2 and 2x4 fir, particle board for shelving, misc screws and nails, brackets. low estimate $85.00 on materials.

Shelving Closet Large, 2-3 hours. Materials; shelving, misc screws and brackets.
Shelving Hall Closet Small; 1-2 hours. Materials.

Install Heavy Duty Metal Shelving; prefabricated metal shelving that can be purchased at your local home improvement store. 1-2 hours, materials.

Replace Front Door; 2-3 hours; materials, Pre-hung replacement door, New lockset and hinges, Primer and paint, Trim, Misc: nails, screws.

Screen Door Replacement; 1 hours, Misc Screen Material
Hang Cabinets, This may require Two Handyman depending on size. 1 Hour, misc hardware and screws.

Install Smoke Detectors-Average Height Ceiling; 1 Hour

Install New Garbage Disposal- 1 Hour
